Introducing the remarkable 2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump with Enhanced Total Pressure Control-a cornerstone of innovation in vacuum technology. This versatile equipment excels at gas removal from sealed containers, whether used individually or as a pre-pump for various advanced pumps such as booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its extensive applications span the manufacturing of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, as well as instrument and equipment integration, alongside laboratory testing.
This pump is engineered for reliable performance, operating continuously under high vacuum conditions for up to 2 hours. It thrives within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa, ensuring efficiency and safety. Should the suction port pressure
exceed 1330Pa, it is advised that the pump operates for no longer than 3 minutes to maintain optimal performance.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump is the ingeniously designed eccentric rotor, housed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor, featuring three slots, enables free sliding motion, setting the stage for seamless operation.
2) Through its rotation, the rotor partitions the internal space into three dynamic chambers, the volumes of which fluctuate with precision, thanks to the rotor's motion.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression before being effectively expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient operation.
4) The oil, injected into the intake chamber, serves multiple critical roles: sealing, lubricating, and cooling the system. As compressed gas propels the oil,
into the fuel tank, gravity facilitates its separation. The smaller oil molecules are then channeled into the exhaust filter, enhancing performance.
The robust circulation system guarantees the return of collected oil to the pump chamber, while the float valve expertly manages the cycle, preventing atmospheric pressure complications in the absence of oil.
The efficient design ensures that the vacuum is uncompromised by the introduction of air from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The pressure difference is pivotal in sustaining oil circulation, a testament to the pump's ingenious design.
For specialized applications, the pump can be upgraded to an explosion-proof variant, making it ideal for sectors such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.
For added reliability, users can install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This smart feature automatically isolates the vacuum system and fills the pump chamber with air during sudden shutdowns or power loss, preventing oil backflow and contamination.
