Working principle

The structure ofoilfree vacuum pump is in the space between the cylinder block and the side cover the rotor is installed eccentrically onthe cylinder body,and there is a very small gap between the rotorand the cylinder body.Several graphite slides are installed in the slot of the rotor surface.When the rotor slides under the centrifugal force,It makes graphite slide and the inner wallof the cylinder body arein contact state
The space around the sliding vane rotor,the cylinder and the side coverischanged with the rotation of the rotor.As shown in the figure with the rotation from 1 to2,the volume gradually reduced,the suction gas is compressed from 3to 4,the gas is excluded from the outside. With the continuous process the air is transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port
A pump with 4 pcs slides will be subjected to a 4 times exhaust process for a week. When the suction end of the maximum volume of V(L), the number of turns is N(rpm), and the 4VN(L) of the air is excluded in one minute. This theoretical value serves as the exhaust velocity.
