Introducing the outstanding 2XZ series vacuum pump, your essential companion in efficiently removing gas from sealed containers. This versatile marvel can function independently or serve as a preliminary pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its applications are vast, spanning the creation of electric vacuum containers, precision vacuum welding, high-quality printing, and photographic plate making. It's also integral to the food packaging industry, expert vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment upkeep, instrumentation, and laboratory testing.
The pump is engineered for excellence, typically running continuously for up to two hours under high vacuum conditions. It performs optimally in ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure cap of ≤ 1330Pa. If the suction port pressure
exceeds 1330Pa, it's crucial that the pump runs for no more than three minutes to ensure its longevity and performance.
Working Principle
1) Experience the innovative design where an eccentric rotor is nestled within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor features three strategically placed slots that allow it to glide smoothly.
2) The rotor ingeniously splits the chamber into three distinct spaces, with their volumes dynamically changing as the rotor spins.
3) Upon entry into the intake chamber, the gas is expertly compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve.
4) A meticulous oil injection into the intake chamber enhances sealing, lubrication, and cooling. This oil is propelled by the compressed gas and subsequently,
as it enters the fuel tank, it undergoes a basic separation due to gravity's influence. Tiny oil molecules proceed to the exhaust filter. This internal
circulation system ensures the collected oil smoothly re-enters the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously manages this cycle, preventing atmospheric pressure breaches should the collection system lack oil.
This innovative solution avoids vacuum loss by channeling the oil from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The clever design of the oil circulation system relies on pressure differences for efficiency.
This adaptable product can be customized to an explosion-proof version, ideal for use in the petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical sectors, and more, including oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace applications.
For added convenience, users can install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. This feature automatically seals off the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber when the pump unexpectedly halts or loses power, effectively preventing pump oil backflow and contamination.
