Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ series vacuum pump is essential for effectively removing gases from sealed environments. Its versatility allows it to be used independently or as a precursor for booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. This adaptable pump is integral in the creation of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment servicing, as well as synchronization with instrument and meter equipment, and laboratory analysis.
Typically, the pump sustains operation for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions. It thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure cap of ≤ 1330Pa. If the inlet pressure exceeds this threshold,

Working Principle
1) An eccentric rotor is strategically placed within the pump chamber (stator), housing three slots where the rotor moves seamlessly.
2) The rotor ingeniously segments the internal space into three dynamic chambers, whose volumes fluctuate as the rotor spins.
3) Gas enters the intake chamber, gets compressed, and is efficiently expelled through the exhaust valve.
4) Injected oil into the intake chamber is crucial for sealing, lubrication, and cooling. The oil, propelled by compressed gas,
When it reaches the fuel tank, gravity facilitates the rough separation of small oil molecules into the exhaust filter.
The well-engineered circulation system ensures recovered oil returns to the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric intrusion when the collection system is devoid of oil.
The ingenious design prevents vacuum loss by allowing oil from the fuel tank to re-enter the pump chamber's suction side.
5) Oil circulation is seamlessly maintained through pressure differential.
This product can be customized to an explosion-proof type, making it ideal for use in petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, aerospace, and more.
For added protection, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This valve cuts off the vacuum system and floods the pump chamber with air when the pump stops or loses power, preventing any backflow of pump oil and potential contamination of the vacuum system.
