The 2XZ series vacuum pump is an essential piece of technology designed for proficiently eliminating gases from sealed containers. This versatile equipment can operate independently or complement a range of pumps including booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. It is indispensable in the fabrication of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration apparatus maintenance, as well as in synergizing with instruments, meter devices, and laboratory testing.
The pump is engineered to perform optimally, running continuously for a maximum of 2 hours under high vacuum conditions. It operates efficiently within an ambient temperature spectrum of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and maintains an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure
Exceed 1330Pa, the pump is advised to operate for no longer than 3 minutes to ensure longevity and efficiency.

This ensures that in the event of an unexpected shutdown or power failure, the vacuum system is instantly isolated, and the pump chamber is filled with air, preventing oil backflow and contamination.
