2. Crafted for durability, the impeller is available in cast ductile iron or welded steel plate, equipped with robust, short blades. Reinforced with a ring and a full-length conical wheel, it guarantees stability under harsh conditions, significantly enhancing the pump's longevity.
3. Precision-engineered, each impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing, complemented by a secure interference fit with the shaft, ensuring seamless operation.
4. The belt drive system features a high-precision taper sleeve pulley, facilitating reliable performance and effortless disassembly.
5. Recognizing the wear-prone nature of shaft sleeves in water ring pumps, ours are crafted from stainless steel or ductile iron, extending service life beyond ordinary materials. Choose from packing seals or mechanical seals as per your requirements.
