1) An eccentric rotor lies at the core within the pump chamber (stator) equipped with three dynamic slots, allowing the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) The rotor ingeniously divides the internal space into three unique chambers, each altering in volume as the rotor orchestrates its rotation.
3) As gas enters the intake, it undergoes compression and is elegantly discharged through the exhaust valve, purifying the environment.
4) Oil is introduced into the intake chamber, performing vital roles in sealing, lubrication, and cooling. The interplay of compressed gas propels oil into further stages.
Upon reaching the fuel tank, gravity facilitates the initial separation of oil, guiding smaller molecules into the exhaust filter, ensuring meticulous refinement.
Internal circulation perpetuates oil return to the chamber, governed by a float valve to negate atmospheric exposure when oil is absent in the collection system.
An ingenious vacuum break occurs, redirecting atmospheric pressure from the tank to the chamber, sustaining performance integrity.
5) Pressure differentials power oil circulation, a testament to the pump's sophisticated design and functionality.
