Working Principle
1) At the heart of its operation, the eccentric rotor is elegantly housed within the pump chamber, or stator. Three slots allow the rotor to glide effortlessly, adapting perfectly to any situation.
2) Ingeniously, the rotor partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, each varying in volume as the rotor spins, ensuring seamless transitions.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it is expertly compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring a flawless outflow.
4) Oil, injected strategically into the intake chamber, provides essential sealing, lubrication, and cooling. Driven by the compressed gas, it performs a crucial role in maintaining efficiency.
Upon entering the fuel tank, separation occurs through gravity, with smaller oil molecules gracefully entering the exhaust filter to maintain purity.
A sophisticated circulation system ensures that collected oil returns to the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously controls this process, preventing atmospheric interference when oil is scarce.
This system breaks the vacuum by permitting fuel tank oil to enter the pump chamber's suction side, maintaining balance.
5) The oil's circulation is expertly managed by the pressure differential, ensuring optimal performance.
Material Choice
1) Overcurrent components feature a robust nickel phosphorus alloy or PTFE coating for unyielding durability. PTFE and labyrinth seals ensure superior compartment sealing.
With a composite structure design, it meets the rigorous demands of chemical engineering and manufacturing. Additionally, its artistic environment consideration suits pharmaceuticals and other industries encountering corrosive challenges.
2) For environments that are highly corrosive, stainless steel (S304/S316L) overcurrent components are the ideal choice, with the pump casing, partition, and rotor crafted from stainless steel for assured resilience.
