Operating in high vacuum conditions, the pump ensures optimal performance for up to 2 continuous hours in ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure kept at a maximum of ≤ 1330Pa. In the event of increased pressure at the suction port,
If the operating conditions exceed ≥ 1330Pa, it is crucial that the pump's running time does not exceed 3 minutes to ensure efficiency and safety.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump is an eccentric rotor, expertly installed within the pump chamber stator. This rotor features three slots, allowing it to glide seamlessly.
2) The rotor's innovative design divides the interior space into three distinct chambers. As the rotor turns, these chambers undergo continuous volume changes.
3) Gases captured in the intake chamber are skillfully compressed and then expelled from the pump via the exhaust valve.
4) A strategic injection of oil into the intake chamber serves multiple purposes: sealing, lubrication, and cooling. This oil is propelled by compressed gas, and upon
entering the fuel tank, gravity facilitates a coarse separation. The finer oil molecules are directed into the exhaust filter. This internal
circulation system ensures efficient oil recovery back into the pump chamber. A float valve expertly manages circulation, safeguarding against atmospheric pressure when the collection system lacks oil.
This mechanism prevents any disruption of the vacuum by ensuring that oil does not flow back into the suction side of the pump chamber from the fuel tank.
