They are indispensable across diverse industries, including electric vacuum manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and laboratory testing, as well as for use with instrumentation and equipment.

Revolutionary Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump chamber lies an eccentric rotor, artfully installed within the stator. This rotor features three slots that allow the vanes to slide effortlessly.
2) The rotor ingeniously divides the internal space into three dynamic chambers whose volumes shift in harmony with the rotor's rotation, creating a versatile vacuum environment.
3) Ingeniously, the gas entering the intake chamber undergoes compression and is effectively expelled from the pump via the exhaust valve, ensuring optimal performance.
4) The injection of oil into the intake chamber is a multi-functional process, acting as a sealant, lubricant, and coolant. As the compressed gas moves,
Upon entering the fuel tank, oil is preliminarily separated by gravity, allowing small oil molecules to proceed to the exhaust filter. The system's internal
circulation is meticulously designed to ensure that collected oil recycles back into the pump chamber. This process is regulated by a float valve, preventing atmospheric pressure intrusion if oil is absent within the collection system.
The vacuum is adeptly maintained by preventing entry from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The indispensable oil circulation is driven by pressure differential, safeguarding efficient pump function.
For specialized applications, the product can be customized to an explosion-proof variant, making it ideal for use in sectors like petroleum, chemicals, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.
To enhance functionality, users have the option to equip the pump inlet with an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve. This intelligent feature automatically seals the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber, should the pump unexpectedly halt or lose power, thereby preventing oil backflow and contamination of the vacuum system.
