Working principle
1) The ingenious design places an eccentric rotor inside the pump chamber (stator), equipped with three slots where the rotor slides freely, ensuring seamless movement.
2) This innovative rotor divides the internal space into three dynamic chambers, whose volumes change with the rotor's rotation, facilitating efficient functioning.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression, subsequently being expelled from the pump through the exhaust valve, exemplifying engineering excellence.
4) Oil injected into the intake chamber plays a multifaceted role in sealing, lubricating, and cooling. It is driven by compressed gas, and upon reaching the fuel tank,
the oil experiences separation due to gravity, with smaller oil molecules passing through the exhaust filter. The internal mechanism
ensures collected oil returns to the pump chamber, utilizing a float valve to regulate circulation and prevent atmospheric pressure when oil is absent from the collection system.
This mechanism also breaks the vacuum by channeling back the oil from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation process is efficiently driven by pressure differences, ensuring optimal pump performance.
Material choice
1) The overcurrent components boast robust nickel phosphorus alloy or PTFE coatings, with compartment sealing achieved through PTFE and labyrinth seals,
employing a composite structure design tailored for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries with corrosive environments, ensuring durability in artistic settings.
2) Stainless steel (S304/S316L) constitutes the overcurrent component, ideal for harsh corrosive environments. The pump casing, partition, and rotor are all crafted from this durable material.
