The advanced 2XZ series vacuum pump is indispensable for removing gases from sealed containers, ensuring a pristine environment for your operations. It can operate independently or as a pre-pump for a variety of complex systems including booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. This versatile pump finds applications across electric vacuum container manufacturing, vacuum welding, high-quality printing, and photographic plate making. It's also ideal for food packaging, vacuum forming in refrigeration maintenance, and as a match for instrument and laboratory testing equipment.
Designed for optimal performance, the pump operates continuously for up to two hours under high vacuum conditions, within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. For consistent performance, ensure the suction port pressure remains within these parameters.
When operating under conditions of ≥ 1330Pa, it is critical that the pump's operation time is restricted to no more than three minutes to maintain efficiency and longevity.

2) This rotor ingeniously divides the internal space into distinct chambers, with their volumes dynamically changing as the rotor spins, revolutionizing gas handling.
3) As the gas journeys into the intake chamber, it undergoes compression and is then effectively expelled through the exhaust valve, demonstrating efficient gas management.
4) The injected oil into the intake chamber plays a trifecta role of sealing, lubricating, and cooling, driven by the compressed gas to maximize efficiency.
Upon entering the fuel tank, oil is cleverly separated by gravity, with smaller molecules transitioning to the exhaust filter, ensuring optimal oil management.
The intricate circulation system ensures reclaimed oil returns to the pump chamber. This circulation is expertly managed by a float valve, safeguarding against atmospheric pressure when oil is absent in the collection system.
The vacuum is intelligently broken by channeling into the pump chamber's suction side from the fuel tank, ensuring operational integrity.
5) Efficient oil circulation is maintained through a smartly engineered pressure difference.
