The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is expertly engineered for the efficient extraction of both gas and water vapor, achieving an ultimate pressure as low as 3300pa, equivalent to a remarkable 97% vacuum level.
Ingeniously designed, the 2BV series employs the pumped medium as a working fluid, allowing it to be recycled within a closed-loop system. This innovation not only ensures zero emissions but also facilitates effective solvent recovery, making it an environmentally-friendly choice.

For prolonged operations at suction pressures near the ultimate vacuum, corresponding to the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid, the cavitation protection pipe is essential. This feature is integrated to safeguard the pump from potential cavitation damage.

When functioning as a compressor, this pump achieves impressive performance with outlet pressures reaching up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its versatility across various applications..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are meticulously crafted for the safe extraction of explosive gases, making them ideal for flammable and explosive environments. They maintain identical performance parameters to the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series, ensuring consistency and reliability.
