Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump

Working Principle
1)At the heart of the pump is an eccentric rotor housed within the pump chamber (stator), featuring three slots that allow the rotor to glide smoothly.
2)The rotor's motion divides the internal space into three dynamic chambers, whose volumes shift with the rotor's rotation.
3)Incoming gas is compressed within the intake chamber, then efficiently expelled from the pump via the exhaust valve.

For added functionality, users can install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature automatically seals the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber to prevent oil backflow and contamination if the pump stops or loses power.
