Working principle

The structure of the state-of-the-art oil-free vacuum pump is ingeniously positioned in the space between the cylinder block,a marvel of engineering, and the side cover. Within this chamber, the rotor is installed eccentrically, on the cylinder body, where there exists a minuscule gap between the rotor and the cylinder body. Several durable graphite slides are precisely installed in the slot on the rotor surface. As the rotor rotates, slides under the centrifugal force, it propels the graphite slide to precisely contact the inner wall of the cylinder body, creating a seamless contact state.
The space around the sliding vane rotor, the cylinder and the side cover dynamically changes with the rotation of the rotor. As illustrated inthe figure, the rotation from 1 to 2 causes the volume to gradually decrease, thereby compressing the suction gas as it is compressed from the environment. 3to 4,the gas is excluded from the outside. With the continuous process, the air is transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port.
A pump with 4 pcs slides will be subjected to a 4 times exhaust process for a week. When the suction end of the maximum volume of V(L), the number of turns is N(rpm), and the 4V N(L) of the air is excluded in one minute. This theoretical value acts as the exhaust velocity.
