It is a paragon of efficiency and energy conservation, making it the exemplary successor to the SK, SZ, and 2SK series. This versatile product finds its application in a multitude of industries, including papermaking, coal mining, power plants, vacuum filtration, casting (with negative pressure molding), petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, cutting-edge new materials, and simulated environmental experiments, among others.

1. The uniquely engineered flexible exhaust port design ensures that excessive compression is a thing of the past, maintaining optimal performance across the entire vacuum range.

2. Crafted from cast ductile iron or robust welded steel plate, the impeller features short, formidable blades further fortified by ring reinforcement and a full-length conical wheel. This meticulous design guarantees exceptional stability under the most challenging conditions, significantly extending the vacuum pump's service life.
3. Each impeller undergoes meticulous dynamic and static balancing, coupled with a secure interference fit with the shaft, ensuring seamless operation.
4. The belt pulley, utilizing a standard high-precision taper sleeve pulley for belt drive, offers unparalleled reliability and easy disassembly, streamlining maintenance processes.
5. Recognizing the shaft sleeve as one of the most wear-prone components of the water ring pump, we utilize materials like stainless steel or ductile iron to considerably enhance longevity compared to conventional materials. Depending on user preferences, our products can be equipped with either packing seals or mechanical seals.
6. Tailoring to user specifications, we offer corrosion-resistant material options such as stainless steel SUS304, SUS316L, 2205, 2507, titanium, and others. Furthermore, with user needs in mind, our design can accommodate an upper-type steam separator, optimizing space use and effectively minimizing noise.
