Introducing the cutting-edge 2XZ series vacuum pump, a quintessential tool for efficiently expelling gas from sealed containers. This versatile pump functions seamlessly on its own or can act as a precursor to an array of high-performance pumps, including booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. It's an integral component in the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, and photographic plate making. Furthermore, the pump excels in food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and is indispensable in laboratory testing and instrument calibration.
Our pump is crafted for continuous operation, with a recommended duration not exceeding 2 hours under high vacuum scenarios. It thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, and maintains optimal performance at an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure
exceed 1330Pa, the pump's operation should be restricted to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure longevity and efficiency.
Working Principle
1) At the core of the pump lies an eccentric rotor, meticulously placed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor features three expertly crafted slots that allow it to glide effortlessly.
2) The ingenious design of the rotor partitions the internal chamber into three distinct spaces, each of which alters in volume as the rotor rotates.
3) Gas is seamlessly channeled into the intake chamber, where it undergoes compression before being efficiently expelled from the pump through the exhaust valve.
4) The introduction of oil into the intake chamber serves multiple purposes: enhancing seal integrity, providing lubrication, and aiding in cooling. The oil is propelled by compressed gas, and when
entering the fuel tank, it undergoes a coarse separation courtesy of gravitational forces. Fine oil molecules are guided through the exhaust filter. The internal
circulation system ensures the recycled oil returns to the pump chamber. This circulation is meticulously managed by a float valve to prevent atmospheric pressure when the oil collection system is devoid of oil.
The vacuum is maintained as oil effectively breaks by entering the suction side from the fuel tank.
5) The system ingeniously leverages pressure differentials to guarantee seamless oil circulation.

In the event of an abrupt shutdown or power loss, this addition automatically isolates the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber, effectively averting pump oil backflow and preserving vacuum system integrity.
