The Water Ring Vacuum Pump excels in extracting both gas and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure of absolute 3300Pa, equivalent to a remarkable 97% vacuum efficiency.
The innovative 2BV series enables the recycling of the working fluid by ingeniously using the pumped medium (liquid) as its own working fluid. This creates a sustainable closed cycle system, leading to zero emissions and effective solvent recovery.

For prolonged operation near the suction pressure that approaches the ultimate vacuum, it is imperative to connect a cavitation protection pipe. This essential addition safeguards the pump's integrity and extends its operational life.

When utilized as a compressor, this versatile pump boasts an outlet pressure capacity of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its adaptability across various applications..

The robust 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly engineered for handling explosive gases. They are the go-to choice for flammable and explosive environments, offering identical performance metrics as the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
