Our products find extensive applications in industries such as papermaking, coal mining, power generation, vacuum filtration, casting (negative pressure molding), petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, food processing, new materials, and simulated environmental testing.
 

Main Feature

1. Our vacuum pump boasts a uniquely engineered flexible exhaust port, ensuring no excessive compression occurs, which translates to optimal performance across the entire vacuum spectrum.

2. The pump's impeller is crafted from high-quality cast ductile iron or robust welded steel plate. Its short, strong blade is reinforced with a ring for added strength and a full-length conical wheel, guaranteeing stability under demanding conditions and extending the vacuum pump's lifespan.
3. Each impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing, with a robust interference fit between the shaft, ensuring smooth and stable operation.
4. The belt pulley utilizes a high-precision taper sleeve design for the belt drive, ensuring reliable operation and easy disassembly.
5. The shaft sleeve, being one of the most wear-prone components of the water ring pump, is constructed from stainless steel or ductile iron, significantly outlasting ordinary materials. Users can choose between a packing seal or a mechanical seal based on their requirements.
6. We offer options for corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel SUS304, SUS316L, 2205, 2507, titanium, and more, catering to specific user needs. Our design also includes an upper steam separator to effectively conserve space and minimize noise.
