The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is expertly engineered to efficiently pump both gas and water vapor. This remarkable device achieves an ultimate pressure reaching an absolute pressure of 3300 Pa, translating to an impressive 97% vacuum efficiency.
Ingeniously designed for sustainability, the 2BV series utilizes the medium being pumped as a recycled working fluid, establishing a closed cycle system. This innovation not only achieves zero emissions but also facilitates solvent recovery, making it environmentally friendly and cost-effective.

To ensure long-term durability and performance, when the pump operates at a suction pressure nearing the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), a cavitation protection pipe must be connected. This feature is vital for safeguarding the pump during extended operations.

As a versatile machine, when the pump functions as a compressor, it can achieve an impressive outlet pressure of up to 0.26 Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its adaptability for various industrial applications..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are meticulously crafted for handling explosive gases. They perform excellently in flammable and explosive environments, with performance parameters mirroring those of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series, ensuring reliability and safety.
