2. The impeller, a masterpiece of engineering, is crafted from either cast ductile iron or welded steel plate. Its robust, short blades are fortified with ring reinforcement and a full-length conical wheel, guaranteeing steadfast stability under severe conditions, thus significantly extending the vacuum pump's lifespan.
3. Each impeller is expertly balanced both dynamically and statically, with a secure interference fit meticulously engineered between the shaft, ensuring optimal performance.
