Introducing the 2XZ series rotary vane vacuum pump, an indispensable tool crafted for efficiently eliminating gas from sealed containers. Ideal for standalone use or as a pre-pump for an array of applications such as booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps, this versatile machine proves essential in the creation of electric vacuum containers. Its prowess extends to vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment servicing, as well as seamless integration with instrument and meter equipment for accurate laboratory testing.
Engineered for excellence, the pump is designed to operate continuously for no more than 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC and maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. For pressures exceeding 1330Pa,
In conditions where the suction port pressure surpasses 1330Pa, operation is restricted to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the operation is the eccentric rotor, meticulously installed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor boasts three strategically positioned slots that allow for seamless sliding of the rotor.
2) As the rotor spins, it ingeniously divides the internal space into three distinct chambers, with the volume of these chambers dynamically changing in tandem with the rotor's rotation.
3) The process begins as gas enters the intake chamber, where it is expertly compressed before being efficiently expelled outside the pump via the exhaust valve.
