Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
Introducing the versatile 2XZ series vacuum pump, an essential tool designed to efficiently extract gas from sealed containers. Its flexibility allows it to operate standalone or serve as a pre-pump for systems such as booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. This pump is ideal for a wide array of applications, including the manufacturing of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, high-quality printing, photographic plate making, secure food packaging, advanced vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, precision instrument and meter integration, and comprehensive laboratory testing.
This pump is engineered for excellence, operating continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, within an ambient temperature spectrum of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, and an inlet pressure not exceeding 1330Pa. If the suction port pressure is
or exceeds 1330Pa, the operational duration should be limited to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Working Principle
1) The pump features an eccentric rotor situated within the pump chamber (stator), equipped with three slots allowing rotor blades to slide with ease.
2) The rotor's motion dynamically alters the volume of three internal chambers, facilitating efficient gas compression.
3) Gas drawn into the intake chamber undergoes compression before being expelled through the exhaust valve.
4) Injected oil serves dual purposes of sealing and lubrication, while simultaneously providing cooling. As compressed gas propels oil towards the
fuel tank, gravitational forces enable a preliminary oil separation. Fine oil particles proceed to the exhaust filter, ensuring clean operation.
The integrated circulation system ensures that reclaimed oil effectively returns to the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric intrusion during low oil conditions.
Vacuum integrity is maintained by preventing reverse flow from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) This efficient oil circulation is driven by pressure differentials ensuring consistent pump performance.
For enhanced safety, the pump can be upgraded to an explosion-proof model, making it ideal for use in demanding environments such as petroleum, chemical processing, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas facilities, and aerospace applications.
Customize your equipment by installing an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This innovation safeguards the system by automatically sealing off the vacuum circuit and inflating the pump chamber with air upon unexpected shutdowns or power losses, preventing oil backflow and vacuum system contamination.
