Elegant and Efficient: Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ series vacuum pump stands as an essential cornerstone in the world of vacuum technology, ingeniously designed to remove gas from sealed containers. Versatile and robust, it functions splendidly on its own or as a pivotal pre-pump for an array of pumps including booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. Its applications are as vast as they are vital, spanning the manufacture of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, instrumentation, and laboratory testing.
Engineered to perform under demanding conditions, the pump is built to operate continuously for a maximum of 2 hours in high vacuum scenarios, within an ambient temperature spectrum of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, and maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa.
With an inlet pressure condition of ≥ 1330Pa, it is imperative that the pump does not exceed a runtime of 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Ingenious Working Principle
1) At the heart of the design, an eccentric rotor is positioned within the pump chamber (stator), boasting three meticulously engineered slots that allow the rotor to glide with precision.
2) This rotor ingeniously segments the inner space into three dynamic chambers, with their volumes elegantly shifting in sync with the rotor's rotation.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it is expertly compressed and smoothly ushered out through the exhaust valve.
4) Oil is introduced into the intake chamber, serving multiple functions of sealing, lubrication, and cooling. The oil is propelled through the system by the force of compressed gas.
As the oil navigates into the fuel tank, it gracefully separates due to gravity, allowing small oil molecules to transition into the exhaust filter.
This seamless circulation ensures that the collected oil returns to the pump chamber, with a float valve carefully regulating the process to prevent atmospheric pressure without oil.
Maintaining the vacuum integrity, the system cleverly breaks the vacuum by channeling oil from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The circulation of oil is meticulously maintained through the strategic use of pressure differentials.
Adaptable and Future-Ready: This product can be customized to an explosion-proof variant, ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and even aerospace applications.
For enhanced functionality, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This ensures the system automatically seals and fills the pump chamber with air in case of sudden shutdown or power loss, effectively preventing oil reflux and contamination.
