The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump excels in efficiently pumping both gas and water vapor, reaching an impressive ultimate pressure of 3300pa (97% vacuum).
Ingeniously designed, the 2BV series reuses the pumped liquid medium as a working fluid, creating an eco-friendly closed cycle system. This innovation not only ensures zero emissions but also facilitates effective solvent recovery.

To safeguard the pump during prolonged operations near the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is advisable to connect the cavitation protection pipe.

When utilized as a compressor, this pump can achieve an outlet pressure of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), demonstrating its impressive versatility..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly designed for extracting explosive gases in volatile environments. They share the same exceptional performance parameters as the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
