The revolutionary 2XZ series vacuum pump is your ultimate tool for efficiently evacuating gas from sealed containers. This versatile powerhouse can operate independently or act as a pre-pump for a variety of sophisticated systems, including booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its applications span a wide range of industries-from the precise manufacturing of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, and printing, to photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, and refrigeration equipment maintenance. Furthermore, it is an ideal companion for instrument and meter equipment pairing and laboratory testing, ensuring unmatched performance and reliability.

Designed for optimal efficiency, the pump is engineered to operate continuously for up to two hours under high vacuum conditions. Its performance is stable within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure exceed this threshold,
in cases where the pressure is ≥ 1330Pa, the pump is recommended to run for no more than three minutes to maintain its integrity and longevity.

Working Principle

1) Within the pump chamber resides an eccentric rotor, precisely positioned with three slots where the rotor slides effortlessly, ensuring smooth operation.
2) The rotor ingeniously divides the interior into three distinct chambers. These chambers dynamically alter their volume as the rotor spins, driving the pump's powerful functionality.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression before being expertly expelled through the exhaust valve, maintaining a seamless flow.
4) The meticulously injected oil into the intake chamber fulfills multiple roles-sealing, lubricating, and cooling the system. This oil, propelled by compressed gas and
as it enters the fuel tank, undergoes a separation process due to gravity's influence. Tiny oil molecules proceed to the exhaust filter. The internal
circulation system ensures that collected oil is recycled back into the pump chamber. This process is managed by a float valve, preventing atmospheric breaches when the collection system is devoid of oil.
The vacuum is compromised by oil entry from the fuel tank into the pump chamber's suction side.
5) The reliable oil circulation is maintained by the decisive pressure difference, ensuring seamless operation.

For specialized needs, the product can be modified to an explosion-proof version, making it suitable for demanding sectors such as petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace industries.

Users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This addition automatically safeguards the vacuum system by halting operation and filling the pump chamber with air during unexpected shutdowns or power outages, thereby preventing oil reflux and contamination.
