Engineered as a high-efficiency, energy-conserving, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pump, it is offered in two main configurations: horizontal (ZJ type) and vertical (ZJL type). The horizontal pumps can be selected based on outlet diameters of 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, and 40mm. Meanwhile, the vertical pumps cater to specifications of 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, and 50mm outlet diameters.
This series of slurry pumps is a testament to our innovative spirit with its groundbreaking hydraulic and structural design. The flow components are crafted from our uniquely developed high-chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron, ensuring exceptional durability against abrasion. These pumps boast features such as high efficiency, energy preservation, prolonged service life, lightweight construction, a thoughtfully engineered structure, dependable operation, minimal vibration, reduced noise, and straightforward maintenance. They are adept at transferring abrasive or corrosive slurries with solid particles, making them indispensable in industries like electric power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. The slurry pumps can handle solid-liquid mixtures with a maximum concentration of 45% for mortar and 60% for pulp, and allow for series operation as per user requirements. Our slurry pumps have been validated by ministerial new product identifications and provincial energy-saving certifications, confirming their leading performance within China, with efficiency metrics aligning with international standards.
The ZJ series slurry pump has been recognized as a pivotal development by the original Ministry of Energy for power science and technology achievements. The Ministry of Metallurgy and the Ministry of Coal have endorsed it as a recommended product. It has been listed by the Ministry of Power's Planning and Design General Institute and the Equipment Complete Set Bureau as a preferred choice for 50-300MW thermal power unit auxiliary machinery. In 1991, it successfully achieved provincial 'double mining' certification, and the State Bureau of Technical Supervision authorized it to carry the 'international standard products' logo. This series has been acclaimed as a high-quality product in Hebei Province and as an energy-saving product by the Ministry of Machinery, appearing in both the 16th and 17th batches of energy-saving mechanical and electrical products promotion projects. Additionally, it has been recognized as a national key new product and achieved ISO9001 quality system certification in 1998.
