The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump excels at extracting gas and water vapor, achieving a remarkable absolute pressure of 3300pa, which translates to an impressive 97% vacuum capability.
Experience unparalleled environmental efficiency with the 2BV series: its working fluid can be ingeniously recycled using the extracted medium (liquid), culminating in a closed-cycle system that achieves zero emissions and optimizes solvent recovery.

For prolonged operations where suction pressure approaches the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is pivotal to connect the cavitation protection pipe to safeguard the pump's integrity.

Versatile in function, when utilized as a compressor, the pump is capable of reaching outlet pressures of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its robust design..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly engineered for environments with explosive gases, thriving in flammable and explosive conditions, while maintaining identical performance parameters to the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
