Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ series vacuum pump is a fundamental piece of equipment designed to efficiently evacuate gases from sealed containers. It operates independently or as a precursor pump for various systems, including booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its versatility makes it essential in the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding tasks, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum vacuum forming processes, refrigeration equipment maintenance, as well as for integration with instruments and meters, and laboratory testing.
The pump is engineered to run continuously for a maximum of 2 hours at high vacuum conditions, within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. In scenarios where the suction port pressure
exceeds 1330Pa, the pump should be limited to a maximum operation of 3 minutes.

Working Principle
1) An eccentric rotor, housed within the pump chamber (stator), features three slots allowing the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) The rotor sectionally divides the internal space into three chambers, with the chamber volume altering in sync with the rotor's rotation.
3) The incoming gas is compressed in the intake chamber and is then expelled from the pump through the exhaust valve.
4) Oil, injected into the intake chamber, provides vital sealing, lubrication, and cooling. Driven by the compressed gas,
it enters the fuel tank, where gravity aids in rough separation. Minute oil particles proceed to the exhaust filter. An internal
circulation system guarantees the return of collected oil to the pump chamber, moderated by a float valve to avert atmospheric pressure when oil is absent from the collection system,
preserving the vacuum by preventing air ingress from the fuel tank into the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulatory system is maintained by a pressure differential.
The product can be converted to an explosion-proof version, ideal for use in the petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical industries, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace applications.
Customers may opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This device automatically seals the vacuum system and fills the pump chamber with air in the event of a sudden stop or power outage, preventing oil backflow and contamination of the vacuum system.
