The innovative design of the 2BV series allows the working fluid to be recycled using the pumped medium (liquid), ingeniously forming a closed cycle system that ensures zero emissions and promotes solvent recovery.

For prolonged operations under suction pressures nearing the ultimate vacuum (equivalent to the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is essential to connect the cavitation protection pipe to safeguard the pump's integrity.

When functioning as a compressor, this pump's outlet pressure can soar up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its versatile capability..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly designed for environments that demand the pumping of explosive gases. They are perfect for various flammable and explosive settings, offering identical performance parameters as the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
