The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is a groundbreaking solution engineered for efficiently pumping both gas and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure that can reach an absolute pressure of 3300 Pa, equivalent to an extraordinary 97% vacuum.
The innovative 2BV series allows the working fluid to be ingeniously recycled using the pumped medium (liquid) to create a sustainable closed cycle system, ensuring zero emissions while facilitating the efficient recovery of valuable solvents.

To maintain optimal performance when the pump operates for extended periods under suction pressure near the ultimate vacuum (matching the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is crucial to connect the cavitation protection pipe, safeguarding the pump's integrity.

Serving a dual purpose, the pump can also function as a compressor, with the capability for the outlet pressure to reach up to an impressive 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure).

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are specifically designed for safely pumping explosive gases, making them ideal for various flammable and explosive environments, while maintaining identical performance parameters to the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
