The 2XZ series vacuum pump is an indispensable innovation for gas removal from sealed containers. It stands versatile, functioning independently or as a pre-pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. It finds its applications across a spectrum of industries, including the fabrication of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, and printing. It is pivotal in photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration maintenance, as well as in aligning with instrument equipment and facilitating laboratory tests.
Engineered for precision, the pump operates seamlessly for up to 2 hours under high vacuum within ambient temperatures of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure not exceeding 1330Pa. For optimal performance, note that if the suction port pressure
exceeds 1330Pa, the pump's operation is recommended for no more than 3 minutes to ensure durability and efficiency.

Innovative Working Principle
1) The heart of the pump, the eccentric rotor, is placed within the pump chamber (stator). The rotor features three strategically positioned slots that facilitate smooth and unrestricted rotor sliding.
2) Ingeniously designed, the rotor partitions the internal space into three dynamic chambers, each changing in volume as the rotor rotates.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it is expertly compressed and then efficiently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring optimal pump performance.
4) Strategic oil injection into the intake chamber enhances sealing and lubrication while providing critical cooling. The oil interacts with compressed gas and upon entering
the fuel tank, undergoes initial separation by gravity's pull. Smaller oil molecules are directed to the exhaust filter. Internally,
a systematic circulation ensures the collected oil seamlessly returns to the pump chamber, with a float valve maintaining this process, preventing atmospheric pressure when the oil collection system is depleted.
This mechanism ensures that any vacuum break occurs solely through the fuel tank's entry at the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation is adeptly maintained by the inherent pressure difference, guaranteeing smooth operation.
For tailored applications, the product is adaptable to explosion-proof types, perfectly suited for petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical, and various gas and aerospace sectors.
Enhance system reliability by installing an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. This system automatically seals and fills the pump chamber with air upon sudden stops or power loss, preventing oil backflow and vacuum system contamination.
