Introducing the 2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump, your indispensable solution for efficiently extracting gas from sealed containers. This versatile equipment can operate independently or serve as the ideal precursor for booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. Whether you're involved in the creation of electric vacuum containers, engaging in vacuum welding, printing, or photographic plate making, this pump proves invaluable. It's equally at home in food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration maintenance, and seamlessly integrates with instrument and laboratory testing equipment.
Designed for optimal performance, the pump operates continuously under high vacuum for up to 2 hours within a temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa.
When the suction port pressure is ≥ 1330Pa, the pump's operational time should be limited to a mere 3 minutes, ensuring reliability and longevity.
Working principle
1) At the heart of the pump lies the eccentric rotor, strategically placed within the pump chamber (stator). The rotor boasts three ingeniously crafted slots, allowing it to glide effortlessly.
2) As the rotor spins, it divides the inner space into three distinct chambers, each dynamically altering in volume with the rotor's motion.
3) The gas entering the intake chamber undergoes compression, subsequently being expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient gas removal.
4) The introduction of oil into the intake chamber performs multiple roles: sealing, lubricating, and cooling. The compressed gas propels the oil, promoting systematic functionality.
Upon entering the fuel tank, the oil undergoes initial separation by gravity, allowing smaller oil molecules to advance into the exhaust filter, enhancing operational efficiency.
The ingenious circulation mechanism ensures reclaimed oil is reintroduced into the pump chamber. This cycle, governed by a float valve, maintains system integrity and prevents vacuum breach in the absence of oil.
The vacuum integrity is meticulously maintained by preventing atmospheric entry via the suction side of the pump chamber from the fuel tank.
5) The smooth oil circulation is achieved through a carefully calibrated pressure differential.
This exceptional product can be adapted for explosion-proof requirements, making it ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, and more. Suitable for oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipelines, and aerospace applications, it ensures safety and reliability across sectors.
For added convenience, users may opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature safeguards against sudden stops or power losses by sealing the vacuum system and introducing air into the pump chamber, preventing oil backflow and contamination.
