Exceptional Performance: Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ series vacuum pump represents the pinnacle of efficiency in gas removal from sealed containers. It is versatile, serving as a standalone solution or a precursor to an array of advanced pumps such as booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. Its applications are vast, including the creation of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration maintenance, and is indispensable for precision instruments, meter equipment integration, and laboratory testing.
Designed for reliability, the pump operates seamlessly under high vacuum conditions for up to 2 hours within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure exceed this, operational adjustments are necessary.
In conditions where pressure is ≥ 1330Pa, operational duration should not exceed 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Innovative Operation: Working Principle
1) The heart of the pump, an eccentric rotor, is strategically positioned within the chamber (stator), featuring three dynamic slots that allow the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) This sophisticated rotor design effectively partitions the internal space into three chambers, with their volumes dynamically evolving as the rotor spins.
3) Gases drawn into the intake chamber are skillfully compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient operation.
4) Oil injection into the intake chamber serves multiple functions: sealing, lubrication, and cooling. The oil, driven by compressed gases, initiates a meticulous process.
Upon entering the fuel tank, gravitational forces partially separate the oil, guiding smaller molecules into the exhaust filter. This sophisticated
circulation system guarantees that collected oil returns to the pump chamber, expertly regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric interference in the absence of oil.
The cycle is completed by breaking the vacuum, redirecting from the fuel tank back through the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil's seamless circulation is maintained by precise pressure differentials.
The adaptable design of the product allows for explosion-proof modifications, making it suitable for critical environments in petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace sectors.
For added safety, users can opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. This feature automatically engages if the pump halts unexpectedly or loses power, safeguarding against oil reflux and preserving the purity of the vacuum system.
