Working principle

The ingeniously crafted structure of our state-of-the-art oil-free vacuum pump is meticulously designed in the space between the cylinder block andthe side cover. Within this precision-engineered setup, the rotor is deftly installed eccentrically on the cylinder body, allowing a very small, yet crucial gap between the rotor and the cylinder body. To further enhance performance, several durable graphite slides are strategically installed within the slot of the rotor surface. As the rotor spins under the influence of centrifugal force, it ensures the graphite slides create a seamless interface with the inner wall of the cylinder body, maintaining a continuous contact state. Thespace surrounding
the sliding vane rotor, the cylinder, and the side cover dynamically changes with the rotation of the rotor. As demonstrated in the figure, this elegant design allows for a gradual reduction involume, compressing the suction gas as it moves from position 1 to 2, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. from 3to 4,the gas is excluded from the outside. With the continuous process the air is transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port
