The 2XZ series vacuum pump is a fundamental tool designed to efficiently remove gases from sealed containers. Its versatile nature allows it to function independently or as a preliminary pump for booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, or titanium pumps. This equipment is indispensable in various applications such as the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and testing across instrument, meter, and laboratory environments.
Engineered for continuous operation of up to 2 hours in high vacuum settings, this pump performs optimally within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, handling inlet pressures of up to ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure
exceed 1330Pa, the pump's operational limit is set to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure safety and efficiency.

Working Principle Refined
1) An eccentric rotor is precisely mounted within the pump chamber (stator). It features three intricately designed slots where the rotor glides effortlessly.
2) This innovative rotor segregates the internal space into three distinct chambers, with their volumes fluctuating seamlessly with rotor motion.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression, subsequently being expelled through the exhaust valve in a smooth, efficient manner.
4) Infused oil into the intake chamber is crucial for sealing, lubricating, and cooling processes. Driven by the compressed gas,
oil is roughly separated by gravity upon entering the fuel tank. Minuscule oil molecules navigate into the exhaust filter with ease.
The proficient internal circulation system ensures that reclaimed oil is returned to the pump chamber. This circulation is regulated by a float valve, which prevents atmospheric pressure when the collection system is devoid of oil,
thus maintaining vacuum integrity by diverting flow from the fuel tank back into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation is driven by a precise pressure differential, upholding the integrity of the vacuum system.
For specialized environments, the pump can be modified to an explosion-proof version, making it ideal for sectors such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.
Enhance your system's safety with an optional inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. In the event of an abrupt stop or power loss, it automatically isolates the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber, thereby preventing oil backflow and contamination.
