The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is expertly engineered to efficiently pump both gases and water vapor. It achieves an impressive ultimate pressure, reaching an absolute pressure of 3300 Pa, equating to a remarkable 97% vacuum efficiency.
Innovatively designed, the 2BV series allows the working fluid to be recycled using the pumped medium, establishing a sustainable closed cycle system that ensures zero emissions and optimizes solvent recovery processes.

For prolonged operation under conditions nearing the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is essential to connect the cavitation protection pipe. This critical step safeguards the pump, ensuring longevity and reliability.

Functioning as a compressor, the pump can achieve an impressive outlet pressure up to 0.26 Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its versatility and robust performance capabilities..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are specifically designed for pumping explosive gases, ideal for various flammable and explosive environments. Their performance parameters precisely match those of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series, ensuring consistent and reliable service.
