The 2XZ series vacuum pump is a cornerstone in vacuum technology, expertly engineered to evacuate gas from sealed environments. Designed for versatility, it operates independently or as a precursor to booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. This pump is indispensable across diverse applications, from crafting electric vacuum containers to vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, and vacuum forming. It plays a pivotal role in the maintenance of refrigeration equipment and complements a myriad of instruments and laboratory testing.
The pump is optimized for continuous operation, performing at peak efficiency for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions within a temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, provided the inlet pressure remains ≤ 1330Pa. In scenarios where the suction port pressure
exceeds 1330Pa, the pump's operation should be limited to a maximum duration of 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

A Glimpse into Its Ingenious Working Principle:
1) At the heart of the pump lies an eccentric rotor, strategically placed inside the pump chamber (stator). This rotor features three dynamically engineered slots where it slides with ease.
2) This rotor ingeniously partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, each undergoing volumetric changes synchronized with the rotor's rotation.
3) The incoming gas is skillfully compressed within the intake chamber and efficiently expelled outside the pump through the exhaust valve.
4) Injected oil plays a pivotal role, offering sealing, lubrication, and cooling. It escorts the compressed gas until
reaching the fuel tank, where gravity facilitates its initial separation, allowing smaller oil molecules to enter the exhaust filter, ensuring
the cyclical flow of collected oil back into the pump chamber. This circulation is expertly managed by a float valve, preventing atmospheric pressure when the collection system lacks oil.
The vacuum is intentionally disrupted by introducing air from the fuel tank into the pump chamber's suction side.
5) This meticulous oil circulation is driven by a calculated pressure differential, ensuring seamless operation.
Our product offers versatility with an explosion-proof option, catering to diverse industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas facilities, and even aerospace ventures.
Users have the option to equip the pump with an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the inlet. In the event of sudden power loss or pump stoppage, this feature automatically seals off the vacuum system and introduces air to the pump chamber, preventing oil backflow and safeguarding the vacuum system from contamination.
