The horizontal variant offers a diverse range of outlet diameters: 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, and 40mm, while the vertical type includes 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, and 50mm options. Each pump is engineered to perfection, ensuring optimal performance across all specifications.
Distinguished by its groundbreaking hydraulic and structural innovations, the ZJ Series Slurry Pump is crafted from our proprietary high-chromium, wear-resistant alloy cast iron. This provides exceptional abrasion resistance. Key features include outstanding efficiency, significant energy savings, extended service life, and a lightweight, robust build. The pump operates with minimal vibration and noise, offering hassle-free maintenance. It is ideal for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurries with solid particles in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. It can manage solid-liquid mixtures with weight concentrations up to 45% for mortar and 60% for pulp, and can be run in series as per specific user requirements. This series has achieved ministerial new product identification and provincial energy-saving certification, with performances reaching leading levels in China and most pumps achieving international efficiency standards.
The ZJ Series Slurry Pump has earned its place in numerous prestigious national projects. It is endorsed by the former Ministry of Energy for its scientific and technological achievements, and recommended by the Ministries of Metallurgy and Coal. It is listed by the Ministry of Power Planning and Design General Institute and Equipment Complete Set Bureau as a preferred auxiliary machine for 50-300MW thermal power units. In 1991, it attained provincial "double mining" certification and was authorized by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision to use the "international standard products" label. Additionally, it has been recognized as a high-quality product in Hebei Province, an energy-saving product by the Ministry of Machinery, and featured in the 16th and 17th batches of national energy-saving projects. In 1998, it proudly passed the IS09001 quality system certification.

1) The overcurrent component is crafted from nickel phosphorus alloy coating or PTFE coating. For compartment sealing, it employs PTFE seals and labyrinth seals.
