The 2BV series showcases an innovative recycling system, using the pumped medium (liquid) as its working fluid. This design not only enables a closed cycle system but also achieves zero emissions and facilitates efficient solvent recovery, making it an environmentally-friendly choice.

To ensure optimal performance and longevity, when the pump operates under suction pressure near its ultimate vacuum (the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is crucial to connect the cavitation protection pipe, thereby safeguarding the pump from damage.

As a multifunctional unit, when utilized as a compressor, the 2BV series can achieve an impressive outlet pressure of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), offering versatility and robust performance..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly engineered for the safe extraction of explosive gases. --Our machine pump features a space-saving coaxial or direct connection design, ensuring easy installation and maintenance.
--Equipped with mechanical seals as standard, the design completely eliminates leaks, enhancing reliability.
--Incorporates a cavitation protection interface. When working under ultimate pressure, opening the cavitation protection valve (or connecting with the separator) can nullify cavitation sound before achieving maximum suction, thus protecting the pump.
--For handling more corrosive environments, the flow components can be crafted from stainless steel (options include SUS304, SUS316L, 2205, 2507, titanium, etc.), allowing for the safe removal of acidic and alkaline gases.
--The unique flexible exhaust port design prevents excessive compression, ensuring optimal efficiency across the entire vacuum range.
