Introducing the 2XZ series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump, a vital tool in gas evacuation from sealed containers. This versatile pump operates solo or as a precursor to booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. It's indispensable in crafting electric vacuum containers, executing vacuum welds, performing photographic plate making, ensuring food packaging perfection, supporting vacuum forming, servicing refrigeration equipment, and aligning with instrument and laboratory testing needs.
Engineered for reliability, this pump thrives under high vacuum for up to 2 hours, operating within an ambient temperature spectrum of 5ºC to 40ºC and maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. It excels in performance while safeguarding against system overload.
To protect the pump's longevity, ensure it does not exceed 3 minutes of operation if the suction port pressure rises to ≥ 1330Pa.
Working Principle
1) Central to its design is an eccentric rotor housed in the pump chamber (stator), complete with three slots enabling free rotor sliding, optimizing gas compression dynamics.
2) This rotor ingeniously partitions the space into three chambers, with their volumes dynamically adjusting as the rotor spins, achieving optimal gas compression and evacuation.
3) Gases drawn into the intake are expertly compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient operation.
4) Oil within the intake chamber serves multiple purposes: it seals, lubricates, cools, and facilitates compression-driven oil movement.
Upon reaching the fuel tank, gravity effectively separates oil, allowing small molecules to enter the exhaust filter, maintaining system purity.
The oil circulation is a masterpiece of engineering, wherein the collected oil is reintroduced into the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously manages this cycle, ensuring atmospheric pressure protection when no oil is detected.
The vacuum is skillfully disrupted by integrating oil from the fuel tank into the pump chamber's suction side, preserving operational integrity.
5) This seamless oil circulation is maintained via pressure differentials, ensuring unwavering performance.
For environments demanding stringent safety, the pump can be adapted to an explosion-proof variant, ideal for industries like petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical, and aerospace.
Enhancing functionality, an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve can be installed at the pump's inlet. This innovation automatically seals the vacuum system and introduces air upon sudden power loss, preventing oil backflow and system contamination.
