Working principle

The sophisticated structure of the oil-free vacuum pump is ingeniously designed in the space between the cylinder block andthe side cover. The rotor is strategically installed eccentrically on the cylinder body, and there exists a significantly small gap between the rotor and the cylinder body. Several premium-grade graphite slides are meticulously installed in the slot of the rotor surface. When the rotor slides under the influence of centrifugal force, it ensures that the graphite slide and the inner wall of the cylinder body maintain a contact state. The space around the sliding vane rotor, the cylinderand the
side cover is dynamically changed with the rotation of the rotor. As illustrated in the figure, with the rotation from 1 to 2, the volume is gradually reduced, and the suction gas is efficiently compressed from one stage to the next, ensuring optimal performance. 3to 4,the gas is excluded from the outside. With the continuous process, the air is transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port.
A pump with 4 pcs slides will be subjected to a 4 times exhaust process for a week. When the suction end of the maximum volume of V(L), the number of turns is N(rpm), and the 4V*N(L) of the air is excluded in one minute. This theoretical value acts as the exhaust velocity.
