The rotor is expertly installed eccentrically on the cylinder body, ensuring there is a minuscule gap between the rotor and the cylinder body. Several precision-engineered graphite slides are carefully installed in the slot of the rotor surface. When the rotor slides under the powerful centrifugal force, it ensures the graphite slide is in perfect contact with the inner wall of the cylinder body, maintaining a constant state of contact. The space surrounding thesliding vane, rotor, cylinder
and side cover is dynamically altered with the rotation of the rotor. As demonstrated in the illustration with the dynamic rotation from 1 to 2, the volume is progressively reduced, enhancing the suction andoverall efficiency of the pump. This innovative mechanism ensures optimal performance. Every component is meticulously engineered to deliver exceptional suction capabilities.
