Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
Discover the 2XZ series vacuum pump, a fundamental tool designed to efficiently evacuate gas from sealed containers. Perfect for standalone operations or as a preliminary pump for booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. This versatile pump is integral to the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment servicing, as well as aligning instrumentation and meter equipment for lab testing.
The pump is engineered to operate seamlessly for up to 2 hours under high vacuum scenarios within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. For optimal performance, ensure the suction port pressure remains within specified limits.
If the inlet pressure surpasses 1330Pa, the pump should be operated for a maximum of 3 minutes to maintain system integrity and performance.

Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump is an eccentric rotor housed within the pump chamber (stator), with three precision slots where the rotor glides effortlessly.
2) This rotor innovatively divides the internal space into three distinct chambers, whose volumes dynamically change with each rotation of the rotor.
3) Upon entering the intake chamber, the gas is skillfully compressed and subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, completing the cycle.
4) Injected oil into the intake chamber serves multiple roles: sealing, lubrication, and cooling. As compressed gas moves, it transports oil, which is then carefully managed.
As the mixture enters the fuel tank, gravity causes a preliminary separation. The smaller oil molecules are directed into the exhaust filter, ensuring efficient operation.
The system's internal circulation ensures reclaimed oil returns to the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric contamination when the collection system lacks oil.
This meticulous process prevents vacuum loss by preventing any breach from the fuel tank to the pump chamber intake.
5) Oil circulation is expertly maintained through strategic pressure differentials.

For enhanced functionality, users may install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. In the event of an unexpected stop or power loss, it instantly seals the vacuum system and infuses air into the pump chamber, safeguarding against oil backflow and system contamination.
