Working principle

The structure ofoilfree vacuum pump is in the space between the cylinder block and the side cover the rotor is installed eccentrically onthe cylinder body,and there is a very small gap between the rotorand the cylinder body.Several graphite slides are installed in the slot of the rotor surface.When the rotor slides under the centrifugal force,It makes graphite slide and the inner wallof the cylinder body arein contact state
The space around the sliding vane rotor,the cylinder and the side coverischanged with the rotation of the rotor.As shown in the figure with the rotation from 1 to2,the volume gradually reduced,the suction The gas undergoes a comprehensive compression process, from stage 3 to stage 4, at which point the compressed gas is efficiently excluded from the external environment. With the seamless and continuous operational process, the air is smoothly transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port.
A pump equipped with four precision slides will undergo an exhaustive four-times exhaust process over a week. When the suction end of the maximum volume of V(L) is operational, the number of rotations is N(rpm), and the air, equivalent to 4VN(L), is meticulously excluded in one minute. This theoretical measure serves as the indicator of exhaust velocity.
