OVERVIEW

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is expertly designed for the efficient pumping of gas and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure reaching an absolute pressure of 3300 Pa, equivalent to a 97% vacuum.
The 2BV series ingeniously recycles its working fluid using the pumped medium (liquid), creating a seamlessly closed cycle system that not only achieves zero emissions but also facilitates solvent recovery.

For prolonged operation under suction pressures nearing the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is crucial to connect the cavitation protection pipe, ensuring safe operation and protecting the pump.

When repurposed as a compressor, this pump showcases its versatility with an outlet pressure capability extending up to 0.26 MPa in absolute pressure..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are meticulously engineered for the specialized task of pumping explosive gases. They thrive in various flammable and explosive settings, maintaining identical performance parameters to the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
