Designed to excel in environments demanding the highest vacuum conditions, it efficiently evacuates air and unreactive gases from vacuum systems, achieving remarkable vacuum levels of 10-1 to 10-5 Pa. Ideally suited for applications such as vacuum smelting, coating, heat treatment, semiconductor manufacturing, and even space simulation, this pump stands as the cornerstone for achieving superior high-vacuum environments.
