Working Principle - The Heart of Efficient Pumping
1) At the core is an eccentric rotor installed inside the pump chamber (stator), featuring three precision-engineered slots that allow the rotor to glide seamlessly.
2) The rotor's motion ingeniously segments the internal space into three chambers, each dynamically adjusting its volume with each rotation.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression, subsequently being expelled through the exhaust valve in a smooth, controlled manner.
4) The strategically injected oil in the intake chamber serves as a sealant, lubricant, and coolant. Driven by compressed gas,
Upon entering the fuel tank, the oil undergoes rough separation due to gravitational forces, guiding smaller oil molecules to the exhaust filter.
The meticulously designed circulation system ensures the collected oil seamlessly returns to the pump chamber, managed by a float valve to prevent atmospheric pressure disruptions during oil shortages.
Breaking the vacuum is expertly managed through the precise entry of air from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation is meticulously maintained by leveraging pressure differentials for consistent performance.
For specialized operations, the product can be adapted to an explosion-proof model, making it ideal for petroleum, chemical, mining, medical, and various other industries including oil depots, gas stations, and aerospace applications.
Enhancing functionality, users can opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. In the event of an unexpected halt or power loss, it automatically safeguards the system by cutting off the vacuum and filling the pump chamber with air, preventing any backflow of pump oil that could potentially contaminate the vacuum system.
