Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
Introducing the 2XZ series vacuum pump, your essential solution for extracting gas from sealed containers. This versatile equipment excels as a standalone unit or as a pre-pump for an array of advanced systems like booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. It's indispensable in the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and perfectly complements instrumentation and laboratory testing needs.
Engineered for excellence, the pump is designed for continuous operation in high vacuum conditions, up to 2 hours with an ambient temperature ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure not exceeding 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure
be at or above 1330Pa, the pump's operation is safely limited to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Working Principle
1) The rotor, cleverly installed eccentrically within the stator, features three precision-engineered slots allowing the vanes to glide effortlessly.
2) As the rotor turns, it ingeniously segments the internal space into three chambers, dynamically altering their volume to facilitate efficient function.
3) Gas entering the intake chamber is expertly compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring seamless operation.
4) Oil injected into the intake chamber serves multiple roles, including sealing, lubricating, and cooling. Driven by the compressed gas, it
flows into the fuel tank where gravity facilitates the separation of small oil molecules, directing them to the exhaust filter. This internal
circulation system ensures the efficient return of collected oil to the pump chamber, with a float valve meticulously controlling the process to prevent any atmospheric pressure intrusion when oil levels are low.
Maintain vacuum integrity by preventing atmospheric breakthrough from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation is expertly maintained by an intrinsic pressure difference, ensuring smooth operation.
For specialized applications, the product can be transformed into an explosion-proof model, ideal for sectors like petroleum, chemicals, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.
Enhance operational safety by installing an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. In the event of sudden stoppages or power loss, it automatically seals the vacuum system, infusing air into the pump chamber to avert oil backflow and contamination.
