The 2XZ series rotary vane vacuum pump stands as an indispensable tool designed to efficiently evacuate gas from sealed containers. Whether utilized independently or as a precursor to booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, or titanium pumps, it excels across diverse sectors. Its versatile applications span the manufacturing of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding processes, printing and photographic plate creation, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, instrumentation, and laboratory testing, proving its unmatched utility in various industrial and scientific environments.
With a robust design for continuous operation under high vacuum states, the pump is engineered to perform optimally for up to 2 hours within ambient temperature settings ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, maintaining an impressive inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. However, when the suction port pressure
exceeds 1330Pa, it is crucial to limit pump operation to no more than 3 minutes to ensure safe and reliable performance.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump's operation lies the eccentric rotor, meticulously installed within the pump chamber (stator), featuring three precisely engineered slots where the rotor slides effortlessly.
2) This ingenious rotor configuration divides the internal space into three distinct chambers, with their volumes dynamically changing as the rotor rotates.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression and is subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring effective removal.
4) The introduction of oil into the intake chamber fulfills critical roles, including sealing, lubricating, and cooling. The oil is transported by compressed gas, and upon
arrival in the fuel tank, gravitational forces facilitate its preliminary separation. Smaller oil molecules progress to the exhaust filter, with internal
circulation guaranteeing that the oil is seamlessly returned to the pump chamber. A float valve governs the circulation to prevent atmospheric exposure when the collection system lacks oil,
thereby preventing vacuum interruption as it enters the suction side of the pump chamber from the fuel tank.
5) The system's efficiency is enhanced by oil circulation driven by pressure differentials.
For specialized applications, the product can be modified to an explosion-proof model, making it ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, healthcare, oil storage, gas stations, liquefied gas facilities, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace, offering unparalleled safety and reliability.
For added convenience, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. This ensures that if the pump unexpectedly halts or loses power, it automatically seals off the vacuum system while simultaneously filling the pump chamber with air to prevent oil reflux and contamination.
